Res-Q-Jets’ commitment to "First Class Air Medical Transport" encompasses all aspects of our air ambulance operation. In that tradition, it is our goal to be a first class component in your patient’s continuity of care. We work with you to save time, money, and frustration associated with the intensive task of scheduling medical transport. Res-Q-Jets’ highly trained staff manages all of the logistics including:
- Gathering pertinent medical information from the discharging facility and coordinating appropriate medical crew, equipment, and flight specifications.
- Coordinating all travel requirements including international travel documents.
- Coordinating medical ground transportation from bedside to bedside.
- Coordinating necessary medical care for the duration of the flight.
- Coordinating with the transferring facility on the medical condition of the patient.
